Born in 1970, and from Collingwood area, Trevor was raised on a farm, and was both an avid ski racer & coach of the sport for over 14 years. As a graduate of Georgian College’s Business Marketing Program, and with a family background in the construction of homes, Trevor knows a quality home & how to effectively market it. Trevor has been a licensed realtor since 1995, in Barrie and the surrounding area. He helps rent, lease, and sell commercial, farm, residential and condominium real estate. If you are looking to buy or sell in the Barrie real estate market or surrounding area, Trevor works from the GTA, all the way up to Midland. He is also a member of 3 boards Toronto Real Estate Board, Barrie Real Estate Board & The Lakelands (this includes coverage of Collingwood, Wasaga Beach, Penetanguishene & Midland).

Kristin started her Real Estate career as Trevor’s office administrator & has since been a licensed Barrie Realtor for over 10 years serving Barrie & the surrounding area. Kristin has lent her hand in hundreds of real estate transactions & chooses to specialize in residential homes, condo’s & rental properties. Her passion is working with first time buyers for home sales. She loves to educate them in the home buying process & share in their excitement when purchasing their first home in the real estate market. Kristin is also very dedicated to working with families.
